Well it is the start of a new year and the signs are all pointing to a consistant period for Real Estate we have experienced an increase in the price of houses selling in NSW. This is as a result of supply and demand, not a lot of properties on the market and the demand is high, pushing prices up.

You should start the year with goals that you wish to achieve and make it happen. These can be personal or professional. Make them realistic and achievable so that they can be met.
