Saturday's are all about Open for Inspections, and today it is a beautiful 25 degree day, with people out and about enjoying the sunshine. The great thing about the opportunity of an open house is that anyone can inspect and get an idea of what is expected when you list your home for sale, you can compare your home to the property that you are viewing. It is an informal way to discuss your ideas with an agent if you are thinking of selling, or just a great way to find your new home. We recieve great feedback from an Open house and we get to meet alot of new faces, a great way to spend the day. I hope that you are all enjoying a lovely weekend.
